Privacy policy

This page explains what Reently collects about you, why, who processes it, and how to ask us to delete it. Reently is a Kuwait-based service offering a major-selection test and IELTS practice.

What we collect

• The WhatsApp number and name you contact us with when you buy.
• Your answers to the major test and the report built from them.
• Your written IELTS answers, your Speaking recordings, their transcripts, and your feedback and bands.
• Your access code, reference number, and the times you start and finish each test.

We do not collect your card details. Payment is made through a payment link from our payment provider, which handles your card data.

Why we use it

• To run the tests and produce your report, bands and feedback.
• To send your code and reply to you on WhatsApp.
• To review a correction when you ask, or when something looks wrong.

We do not sell your data, and we never use your recordings for advertising.

Who processes your data

• AI and speech-to-text services, including Anthropic, to produce Writing and Speaking feedback automatically.
• Our hosting provider (Hostinger, servers in Germany), which stores the site and test data.
• Our payment-link provider, to complete your payment.
• The Reently team, who may listen to a recording when you ask for a review or when a correction needs checking.

How long we keep it

We keep your answers, recordings and reports for 12 months after the last test you finish, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Students under 18

If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to the purchase and to the student using the service. In most cases the parent is the one who pays and contacts us.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your recordings, answers and reports. Message us on WhatsApp with your reference number and we will act on it within 14 days.
