Terms and refund policy

By buying from Reently you agree to these terms. Please read them before you pay.

What you buy

• Major test (19 KD): one code for one student, giving one report and a PDF.
• IELTS practice (95 KD): one code for three practice tests, Academic or General Training.
• Two-test package (100 KD): two codes, one for each service.

Guidance, not a guarantee

The major report is guidance based on your answers. It does not guarantee admission to any university or scholarship, and the salaries in it are estimates. Always confirm entry requirements with the university and approval with the Kuwait Cultural Office.

IELTS bands here are estimates, not official results. Reently is not affiliated with IELTS, the British Council, IDP or Cambridge.

How long your IELTS code lasts

Take the three tests at your own pace. After you finish a test, you have three months from its end to take the rest, and the three months restart after each test you finish. When the period runs out, the remaining tests expire.

Refunds

• You get a full refund if you ask before starting any test with your code.
• Once you start the major test, its fee is not refundable.
• For IELTS, once you start the first test the package is not refundable.
• In the two-test package, you can get back the value of a test you have not started: 19 KD for the major test or 81 KD for IELTS.
• If a test stops because of a fault on our side, we reopen it or give you a replacement code.

Ask for a refund on WhatsApp with your reference number. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Using your code

A code is for one student and must not be shared or resold. We may suspend a code used by more than one student.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
